Subscribe & Save seems to be expanding and changing constantly so I’ve decided to post some of the most frequently asked questions when it comes to troubleshooting Subscribe & Save issues.
It isn’t letting me Subscribe & Save, it is only letting me order immediately even if I order it under the subscribe & save menu?
Gosh, this one got me a couple of times too! Below the Subscribe & Save discount pill but above the yellow button you’ll notice a “First delivery on ” text followed by a date then a “change” link. Click that “change” link and back it back to your Subscribe & Save preference.

Additionally, Prime members receive free shipping on their Subscribe and Save orders, while non-Prime members must meet a minimum purchase threshold to receive free shipping.
