Just a Reminder: Contact Amazon Customer Service About Any Issue You Have
Amazon isn’t perfect. For the past two days I’ve been asking my Amazon Echo “Alexa, what are your deals?” and for every time Alexa seems to error out half way through getting to the deals.
After getting home from work today I contacted Amazon support over the phone (only 1 min wait time… 🙂 ) and for about 20 mins the rep and I tried a few different things to get it to work but to no avail. She filed the bug for the software development team and even credited my account $10 for the trouble…
Amazon will do everything in their power to keep you a happy customer. So make sure that if that package arrives later than expected, the item arrived broken or even that you Alexa unit is erroring out just like mine you should contact support.
