While my carpet is an off white color to begin with, I had no idea there was this much dirt in the carpets as I have a shoes-off house and I can’t believe I was walking around barefoot on it! After cleaning out 5 tanks of dirt from my carpets it was so satisfying to walk on a spongy floor.

This is a before and after shot of the stairs (my shadow is in the corner since the light is behind me.) Every day I had been coming down the stairs and seeing a trail of dirt leading to the bottom and I am so happy I don’t have to see that any more! There was a special attachment for the stairs that scrubs really well and it didn’t take me too long to do the stairs either – maybe half an hour. If you do this yourself my advice is to start at the top of the stairs and work your way down.

While the carpets were wet after cleaning, by 4 hours later they had completely dried. The cleaner was really good at picking up the water after it had been washed and rinsed into the carpet.
