Amazon’s April Fools Prank!

Amazon's April Fools Prank!

If you go to the Amazon homepage today it may have been replaced with what’s above which is what Amazon.com looked like around 1995. Love this prank! Very cool. Don’t forget it is April Fools today so don’t believe any stories until midday. 😉

Amazon’s Robot Army

Ever wonder how Amazon is able to fill so many orders even with increasing demand year over year. The above video might shed some light.

Pretty nifty if you ask me!

Amazon’s Policy for Expiration Dates on Grocery Items

Amazon's Policy for Expiration Dates on Grocery Items

Reader Carrie A. brought up a good question to me on Facebook about looking for a product’s expiry date on the item listing page on Amazon. Unfortunately there is no such way to see that but a little digging uncovered that Amazon has a policy of not selling a product to you if the product expires within 50 days.

Because there are some deep discounts on large quantity packages of food, keep this policy in mind. If you would not be able to consume the food within 50 days it might not be a good purchase, just in case the product expires in 50 days. I will still list the deals on here for large families or if you know a struggling family who could use a lot of food. Just something to remember.

If you received food from Amazon which expires in the proceeding 49 days then contact Amazon customer service for a full refund.
