“Works like a charm! Large and thick walled so it handled very hot liquid nicely. The filter inset lid catches large bits so you don’t have to fish them out of the liquid. The holes are not fine so if you need to remove smaller items like seasonings then you will need to use a sieve once you’ve removed the fat to get a clearer broth. The rubber stopper really keeps the fat from clogging the spout! One suggestion: I would love to have had a brush to clean the spot included with the separator. I would have paid extra for that!”
